SNS Content Planner

Mission: Run social media for InCosmos products and brands, balancing brand identity with results.

Responsibilities

• Planning, operation and analytics on major platforms (Threads, Instagram, X, TikTok, Lemon8)
• Japanese copywriting, posting calendars, UGC and community management
• Basic image and short-video editing (Adobe, CapCut)
• KPI design, reporting and improvement cycles
• Use of AI tools in creative production

Requirements

• Japanese at JLPT N2 or above, including external communication
• Social media operations experience, personal or corporate
• Basic image and video editing skills; strong writing and proofreading

Preferred

• Creative or brand fundamentals, hands-on AI tool experience, business communication in English or Chinese

Administrative Assistant

Mission: Support general affairs and back office across the board in a small team, keeping operations smooth.

Responsibilities

• Visitor, phone and email handling; document preparation and filing; scheduling
• Support for contracts, invoicing and expenses; supplies and vendor management; office upkeep
• Internal events and meetings, minutes, light translation (Japanese to Chinese, Japanese to English)
• Recruiting support and onboarding and offboarding paperwork

Requirements

• Japanese at JLPT N2 or above, able to write business documents
• Basic Google Workspace, Notion and Slack
• Accuracy, discretion and a service mindset

Preferred

• Experience as a general affairs or accounting assistant; business communication in English or Chinese
