Mission

Manage social media for InCosmos, iuufu, Arttoo, and InCosmos Vision, balancing brand vision with measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, operate, and analyze major platforms (Threads, Instagram, X, TikTok, Lemon8)
  • Japanese copywriting, content calendar creation, UGC/community management
  • Basic image/video editing using Adobe, CapCut
  • KPI design, reporting, and PDCA improvement cycles
  • AI tool utilization for creative production

Required Qualifications

  • JLPT N2 or above (reading, writing, and external communication proficiency)
  • Social media management experience
  • Basic image/video editing skills, strong writing and proofreading ability

Preferred Skills

  • Creative/brand knowledge
  • AI tool practical experience
  • English or Chinese business communication

Mission

Support operations across general affairs, administration, and back-office functions with minimal staffing.

Responsibilities

  • Reception, phone/email handling, document management
  • Contract, invoice, and expense processing support; supplies and vendor management
  • Event and meeting coordination
  • Basic translation (Japanese/Chinese, Japanese/English)
  • Recruitment support

Required Qualifications

  • JLPT N2 or above (ability to draft business documents)
  • PC proficiency (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack basics)
  • Accuracy, confidentiality, hospitality orientation

Preferred Skills

  • Administrative or accounting assistant experience
  • English or Chinese communication capability

LocationOsaka (Joto-ku office; Umeda expansion planned)
Employment typeFull-time or contract (3-month probation, same conditions)
Working hours10:00-19:00 (60-min break); flexible arrangements negotiable; on-site in principle
SalaryDetermined based on experience and skills
